Northwest Tonka Lions, Inc. <br /> Navarre Lanes <br /> 3435 Shoreline Drive <br /> <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the above listed license and adopt RESOLUTION NO. <br />6030, a Resolution Approving Issuance of a Lawful Gambling Premises Permit for the Northwest <br />Tonka Lions, Inc., to Conduct Lawful Gambling at Navarre Lanes Located at 3435 Shoreline <br />Drive. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br />*16. BILLS <br /> <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - CLOSED MEETING <br /> <br />17. PENDING LITIGATION <br /> <br />Mayor McMillan stated she will now close this meeting because the matter to be discussed is the pending <br />litigation involving the City of Orono versus the Nygards.
