The use of an accessory building for keeping animals <br />for noncommercial purposes, provided it is for the noncommercial use of the <br />property owner or resident and meets the available area standards outlined in <br />subsection (9) of this section. Further, no such structure shall be located less than <br />150 feet from the nearest adjacent residence and no closer than 75 feet from the <br />nearest lot line. <br /> <br />SECTION 29. Effective date.
