Greenhouse structures are not located in a required yard area. <br /> <br />3. The following language has been deleted and added to Section 78-419 <br />(Accessory Uses) of the Orono City Code: <br /> <br />Sec. 78-419. Accessory uses. <br /> <br />Within any RR-1B one-family rural residential district, the following uses shall be <br />permitted accessory uses: <br /> <br />(1) Private garages and parking space.Buildings temporarily located for purposes of <br />constructing on the premises for a period not to exceed time necessary for such <br />constructing. <br /> <br />(2) Private swimming pools, tennis courts, and paddocks.Communication <br />reception/transmission devices as follows: <br /> <br />a. Accessory antennas. Accessory antennas shall be limited to radio and <br />television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, TVROs, and amateur <br />shortwave radio transmitting and receiving antennas. Accessory antennas <br />that are accessory to the principal use of property are permitted accessory <br />uses in all zoning districts provided they meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
