The size of the cabinets on the ground needed to house the support <br />equipment for the antennas is limited to the minimum necessary <br />size, as determined by the city council. Appropriate vegetative <br />screening of ground cabinets shall be provided by the carrier, <br />subject to approval by the city council. The council at its discretion <br />may allow the use of non-vegetative screening methods such as <br />berming, fencing, etc. <br /> <br />11. "Stealth"-type antennas (cylindrical) vs. an array of panels, is <br />required if the technology is available. <br /> <br />12. Only monopole towers are allowed. <br /> <br />(4) Places of worship, provided that all buildings and structures, except columbaria, <br />are located at least 50 feet from any adjacent property zoned for residential use. <br /> <br />(9)(5) Planned Residential Development, limited to detached single-family dwellings <br />only and subject to the limitations of division 10 of this article. <br /> <br />(10) Apiaries. <br /> <br />(11) Farms (stock), provided the area is ten or more acres. <br /> <br />(12) Stables and barns, public. Any such instruction maintained as an accessory use and <br />conducted by the owner shall meet the requirements of subsection (12) of this <br />section, and no such instruction shall occur less than 100 feet from an adjacent <br />residence or less than 75 feet from the nearest lot line. <br /> <br />(14) Hospitals for human care, sanitariums, rest homes, nursing homes, provided that <br />all buildings are located 100 feet or more from the lot line of any abutting lot in <br />an R district. The site shall contain not less than 600 square feet of lot area for <br />each person to be accommodated. <br /> <br />(15) Nonprofit libraries, provided that all buildings are located 50 feet or more from <br />the lot line of any abutting lot in an R district. Screening and signage <br />requirements shall be determined with each individual conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(16)(6) The pProvision of a bathtub or shower in an accessory building.
