City of Orono Project No: 000139-10047-0 <br />Old Crystal Bay Road Reconstruction Page 12 <br />quadrant of Old Crystal Bay Road and Kelley Parkway as a potential area for installing BMPs, such as a <br />filtration basin or rain garden. <br />In some areas along Old Crystal Bay Road, the road elevation is higher than adjacent parking lots and <br />green areas. Therefore, it is likely that several ditches and culverts will be required behind the back of <br />the proposed curb to collect the runoff from these low areas. The culvert that outlets to the east to the <br />City Hall wetland will be replaced.
