CommonBond Discussion  <br />  <br /> Attorney Dick Shieffer, conflict counsel for Orono, attended the work session.  Discussion ensued  <br />regarding the financing alternatives for purchase of the city property for the proposed  <br />CommonBond project and concerns, including utilities, raised by the Long Lake Council regarding the  <br />project.  <br />  <br />2. Comments Regarding Information Updates  <br />   <br /> There were no comments.  <br />  <br />3.
