VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br /> <br />Murphy noted there was a letter to the editor in the Pioneer recently raising some complaints about the <br />purchase of the land on Big Island by the City. <br /> <br />McMillan noted a new speed limit sign has been erected on County Road 15. <br /> <br />Murphy stated the permanent signs are in the process of being erected on Highway 12 and Old Highway <br />12. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER’S REPORT <br /> <br />City Engineer Kellogg stated he had nothing to report. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br /> <br />*8. RENEWAL OF CONTRACT FOR PROSECUTION SERVICES <br /> <br />Bremer moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the one year renewal of the contract for <br />prosecution services with Ken Potts with an annual fee of $31,500, and the renewal of the one year <br />contract for forfeitures to be billed at the rate of $85.00 per hour.
