MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Wednesday, February 19, 2003 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> (OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION, Continued) <br /> As discussed in past work sessions, Rahn reiterated the need to hold the line regarding the <br /> 0-75' setback zone and reasonable hardships, as well as, massing issues. <br /> Bottenberg and Gaffron believed that they could give applicants more direction criteria if <br /> they were sure the Commission would only allow certain types of hardship and exceptions <br /> to the 0-75' setback zone. <br /> (#12) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR JANUARY 27, <br /> 2003 <br /> Fritzler moved, Mabusth seconded, to approve the Minutes of the January 27, 2003 <br /> Planning Commission Meeting as presented. VOTE: Ayes 4, Abstain 2, Berg and <br /> Bremer abstaining. <br /> (#13) SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> ON FEBRUARY 24, 2003 AND MARCH 10, 2003. <br /> February 24 - Fritzler March 10 - Bremer <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mabusth moved, Fritzler seconded, to adjourn the Planning Commission meeting at <br /> 11:05 P.M.
