The rights of individual on whom t6e data is stoted or to be sWted shall'��us set forth in this section. Subd.3.Access to data by in�ividual.Upon request to a reaponsible authority,an individual shallbe informed whether he is the subject of stored deta on individuals,aad whether it is classified as public,privata or confidential.Upon his fiuther roc ueat,an individual who is the subject of stored privats or public data on individuals ahal]be shown the da�without auy charge to him and,if he dasires,sball be infoimed of tha contant and meaning of that data, After an individuall has been shown the private data and informcd ofits meaning,the��ta naed not be disolosed to him for six months thereafter unless a dispute or acti�n pu�suant to this sec►ion is pending or additional data on the individual hes been collected or created The responsible suthoriry shal]provide copies of the private or public da�a upon request by ihe individual subje�;tof the data. T6e responsibla suthority may require the requesting pecson to pap the actuel costs of making,cectifying,and comQiling the copies.
