The digital image is then sent to another department <br /> to be plotted out and printed to bond paper. The "blowback"process is no longer used. <br /> Costs—See na�e on Calculating Char�es <br /> Schedule a Job <br /> 1. Have the customer complete the Request for Reprint form and pay for the estimated charges. <br /> 2. Go to Water Plant and pick up microfilm in the jacket to be sent to Engineering Repro. <br /> 3. Provide instructions for the reprint job (sample attached-3`d page of X:�Data�Administrative <br /> Support\(Insri-uctions-Procedures)�Reprints of Oversized Documents-instructions.doc). <br /> 3. On the envelope, indicate: <br /> Attn: Imaging Department <br /> 4. Call Engineering Repro at 763-694-5900 and ask for Communications. (You could also ask for <br /> Grant or Sam and they can schedule the pickup.) Request a driver to pick up microfilm that is to <br /> be scanned and reprinted to bond paper. <br /> 5.
