Access to data b�indir-idual. Upon requesc to a r_s:odsible aec`:oriry,an individual shall be inforrued whether he is the subject of scored data on individuals,and whecher i�is clusified as public,priva�or confid�nrial. Upon his funher requesc,an individual who is the subjecc of scorod privace or public dau on individuals shall be shown che dara w�i�out any c:arge to him and;if he desires, shall be informed of[he conrenc and mzaning of chac data. After an individual has been shown[h�priva��a�and i�:ocnled of i�s meaning,che data need not be disclosed to him for six mon;hs thereafter unless a dispute or accion pursuant to �his secdon is c:�tding o;addiaonal daea on the individual has been collecced or creaced. The responsible au�horiry shall provide copies of the priva[e or public dac��:on requ;s:by che individual subjecc of�he data. The responsible authoriry may requir� che requesring person to Qay the accual eosu of m�lcing,ce_;;ing, and compiling the copies. 'Ihe responsible auchoriry shall cor„ply immedia�ely, if possib!=,wich any requesc made pursuant to chis subdivision,or wichin five days of the da[e of che requesc,excluding Sanirdays,Sundays and leg�l holidays,i:ir..mediace compliance is not possible.
