1. <br />2. <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 6622 <br />Six slips are approved for Victoria Estates Homeowners Association for 2007 <br />subject to the stipulations set forth in Resolution #962 dated December 18, 1978. <br />All boats permanently moored at this Joint Use Dock must be registered to the <br />applicant property owners. <br />3. This approval grants a 2016 Joint Use Dock License to the Association for 6 slips. <br />Applicants are advised of the need to henceforth apply for a City of Orono Joint <br />Use Dock License annually. <br />4. The six properties which are each allowed one slip within the six slip multiple <br />dock area described as follows: <br />440 North Arm Drive <br />460 North Arm Drive <br />520 North Arm Drive <br />540 North Arm Drive <br />560 North Arm Drive <br />580 North Arm Drive <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />Lot 3, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />Lot 4, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />Lot 5, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />Lot 6, Block 1 Victoria Estates <br />E. Nothing in this license shall confer upon any person for the benefit of any property any <br />vested right to use Lake Minnetonka or the premises in a manner permitted by this <br />resolution, but the use of Lake Minnetonka and the premises shall remain subject to such <br />regulations and ordinances as the City and other competent regulatory authorities shall <br />deem necessary from time to time in the public interest. <br />F STYROFOAM DOCK ADVISORY. Licensee is advised that the use of unprotected <br />Styrofoam as a dock flotation material has been banned per Ordinance No. 104, Second <br />Series. <br />WHEREAS, on November 22, 2010, the City adopted Resolution No. 5990, <br />establishing the policy regarding certificate of survey requirements for joint use dock licenses. <br />WHEREAS, the Victoria Estates Homeowners Association has submitted a <br />survey dated, April 21, 2010 which complies with Resolution No. 5990. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
