The fees for the abatement and <br /> City Staff time will be billed to you. If you fail to pay the bill it will be assessed to your <br /> taxes with the appropriate fees and penalties. <br /> I have enclosed a copy of Section 58-1 of the Orono Zoning Ordinance, this is the section <br /> currently being violated. You may appeal this decision to City Council within 10 days.
