� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> � ' �a:�.-�;� � �ITY of ORONO <br /> � ;�� ti <br /> � G~ RESOLUTION OF THE ClTY COUNCIL <br /> L�kESH�4� NO. 5 � 3 r' <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT <br /> OF HAZARDOUS BUILDING <br /> �'HEREAS,the Building Official for the City of Orono has attempted without success to <br /> have the owner of certain property remedy the hazardous condition on property at 3443 Crystal <br /> Place, Orono, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that the buildin� on the property constitutes a <br /> hazardous building within the meaning of Minn. Stat. § 463.15, subd. 3. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit��of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.16, et seq., the City hereby adopts and approves the Order for <br /> Abatement of Hazardous Buildin�, attached hereto as Exhibit"A". <br /> 2. The City finds that the condition of the property located at 3443 Crystal Place,Orono, <br /> Minnesota, is a health and safety hazard and contains a hazardous building within the <br /> meaning of Minn. Stat. � 463.15, subd. 3. <br /> 3. The City's legal counsel, Campbell ILnutson, P.A., 317 Eagandale Office Center, 1380 <br /> Corporate Center Curve, Ea�an, Minnesota 551?l, is directed to serve the Order for <br /> Abatement of Hazardous Building and to proceed with enforcement in accordance with <br /> Minn.
