Tlie portioils of ciedicated easenlents to be vacate�l no longer have a public benefit <br /> • because the public drainage and utility puiposes no longer exist; the approved <br /> topographic cl�anges within the railroad coi-��idor have resulted in tl�e obliteration, <br /> removal or i•elocation of all pre-existii�g dtainageways, wetlancls, utility lines, etc. in the <br /> area of the easeiueills to be vacated. � <br /> 2. The vacation oP said easements will not elii.11inate access to any adjoining or nearby <br /> properties. <br /> 3. Utility coinpanies liave been notified of the proposed vacations and none have indicated <br /> opposition to the vacations. <br /> �.
