According to Hennepin County records the lot is approximately 0.23 acres and <br /> approximately 95' in width (there is not a survey on file for verification). Principal <br /> building setback requirements are 30' from the front property line, 30' from the rear <br /> property line and 10' on the interior sides. <br /> If the existing structure were destroyed, a structure could be rebuilt in-kind, same <br /> footprint, volume, roof pitch, etc. If a different structure were constructed it would need <br /> to meet hardcover, structural coverage and setbacks.
