City ordinance 86-70 states, "no land shall remain disturbed and exposed without <br /> established grass or other ground cover for a period exceeding 12 months,"the permit <br /> issued for the new construction was issued on February 2, 2004. Therefore the city must <br /> require you to establish final grading and seed or sod the yard. <br /> A deadline of August 8, 2005 has been established. If this deadline is not met the City <br /> may initiate legal action.
