This application was reviewed as Zoning File =03-2934. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C Lakeshore Residential Zoning District, which <br /> requires minimum lot area of 0.� acres(2I,78G� s.f.) and minimum lot w-idth of 100'. <br /> The lot area is 0.15 acres (6,49-� s.f.) and defi�ed lot width is 50'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> October 20,2003 and on a vote of 5-0 recommended approval based on the following <br /> findings and recommended conditions: <br /> a.
