Providing slippage for anyone other than the owners or <br /> occupants of the property regardless whether there is a "rental fee" involved is a violation of City <br /> ordinance. Also docks are required to meet a 10' setback from projected lot lines into the lake. <br /> Please bring your property into compliance prior to June 7, 1999. If this deadline is not met, the <br /> City will initiate legal action.
