The approval was based on Variances and a <br /> drive way easement on city property. Requirements of the easement and resolution were <br /> to remove portions of the driveway on city property and to adhere to the approved survey <br /> that depicted the allowed driveway to limit the hard cover on the lot. So the city was <br /> surprised to find that not only the removal was not done but that more asphalt had been <br /> added to the city property. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the asphalt from the city property and to arrange a <br /> final inspection on the garage to see if there are any other issues before the city can final <br /> the project. A dead line of 11/26/2007 has been established for compliance. If this dead <br /> line is not met the city will commence legal action.
