You may find moie iilformation on setbacks, hardcover and <br /> structural lot coverage at the City's web site (http://www.ci.orono.mn.us/permits.htm) under the <br /> application for a new house/addition. The property is zoned LR-1C. <br /> It appears highly likely the garage will require a hardcovei•variance. The variance application <br /> can also be found at the City's website. The next deadline for variance application is December <br /> 20.
