Storage of boats that are not <br /> licensed or registered to you or the property is considered a commercial use and is inconsistent with <br /> permitted uses within the LR-1C zoning district. Also, slip rental violates City Code Section 78-665, <br /> which is considered a commercial use and only allowed in the B-2 District. <br /> ' This letter will serve as your notice that you must discontinue the commercial use of your <br /> residential property before Thursday, July, 1, 2010. To bring your property into compliance, all <br /> ` boats must be licensed and registered to the property owner. Please be advised, if you fail to correct <br /> the violations this matter will be sent to the City Attorney for review and may result in criminal <br /> prosecution.
