There is no commercial use of the slip or the boat. The <br /> boat with MN license number 9557 KN is a boat I am considering purchasing a <br /> partial interest in from my friend Eric Criswell, who is currently the registrant. We <br /> both use the boat. I anticipate that I will be added to the registration later this year <br /> when I execute an agreement to purchase partial interest. At that time, the <br /> registration will also will also be changed to my address of 3385 Crystal Bay Road. <br /> I understand that the boat in my slip is supposed to be registered to the property <br /> owner, but as a renter of the property, I assume there is an exception for a renter <br /> with a lease. The letter was initially addressed to Gregory Dustin c/o Crosstown <br /> Management, which is the property owner I am renting from and the property's <br /> management company that he uses.
