Parkin� facilities not allowed. No joint use shall be appro_v_ed <br /> which necessitate�rovision of parkinQ stalls or which creates the need for parkin� on anv street <br /> riQht-of-wav. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 5.43 is hereby added as follo�vs: <br /> SEC. 5.43. NIARINA BUSLYESS LICENSE. <br /> Subd. 1. Definitions For the purpose of this section the terms "Boat Slip. <br /> Water" "Boat Slip Land" "Boat Slip Permanent" and "Boat Slip Transient" shall have the <br /> meaninas aiven them in Section 5.42. "Marina Business" means enaaQina in one or more of the permitted, <br /> accessorv or conditional uses allowed within the B-2 zoninQ district. <br /> C. "Business of Dockin� Moorina or StorinQ Boats" means rentinQ <br /> or otherwise�rovidina space includin�boat buovs for dockinQ moorina or storinQ one or more <br /> boats belonaina to persons other than the owner or occupant of the propertv except whe_n <br /> licensed as a joint use. <br /> Subd. 2. License Required It is unlawful for anv persons to enaaQe or <br /> participate in business use without first havinQ obtained an annual license therefor from the Citv. <br /> Subd. 3.
