Also the City has noted your grass has not been maintained <br /> again. <br /> A new deadline of October 4, 1999 has been established. If this deadline is not met, the City will <br /> again mow the lawn and assess the property. The City will also initiate legal action regarding the <br /> dockage issue and a Court appearance will be required.
