Finley <br /> 3329 Crystal Bay rd. <br /> Orono Mn. 55323 <br /> Location of violation; 3329 Crystal Bay Rd. <br /> Violation of; Orono Municipal code section 9.55 subd.2, 9.50, and 10.25 <br /> Description of Violations; <br /> Orono Municipal Code section 9.55 subd. 2; Mr Finley has had problem maintaining the grass on <br /> his property. The city notified him of the violation many times to no avail. The city has resorted to <br /> mowing the property twice in the past. <br /> Orono Municipal Code section 9.50; Mr. Finley has been notified of illegal storage of a washer <br /> dryer set and a part of a pontoon boat that is left half submerged in the lalce. <br /> Orono municipal code section 10.25; Mr. Finley has been notified that providing dock space for <br /> others is illegal in the city of orono ,as of this date he is still in violation. <br /> The citys objective is to fine Mr. Finley For violatioi�of city ordinances and require him to maintain <br /> his grass at less than six inches per the ordinance,to remove the washer diyer and pontoon part and <br /> to cease the illegal use of the dock <br />
