In order to begin the process <br /> for the release of the escrow, submittal of an as-buiit survey and hardcover calculations are <br /> required so we may verify conformance with approved permit plans. Once our engineer <br /> determines the property conforms to the approved building permit plans, approved grading plan, <br /> etc. your escrow can be refunded. Please see the attached code section regarding our survey <br /> requirements. <br /> Also noted was no final inspection performed for the home addition.
