As you know part of the Anderson property is in Orono and part is in <br /> Minnetonka Beach. JoEllen Hurr is working up a schematic showing of the lots, the placement of <br /> the buildings, the docks, and other detail. You may have data as well. <br /> It is Minnetonka Beach's thought that the situation is unclear with regard to this property <br /> and that certain items need to be clarified. For example, sewer service is provided to the property <br /> and Minnetonka Beach wants to make certain that the providing of service is properly organized <br /> and that the expense of that service is properly paid. A similar situation obtains as to supplying <br /> water to the property. I do not know if there are issues concerning use of the site. The assessor's <br /> records sheuld�e checked to make certain that ihe real estate tax assessments are properly <br /> apportioned. There may be issues in the not to distant concerning special assessments for road <br /> improvements. And finally, there is an issue as to who may utilize the lake shore north across the <br /> street from this property for docks.
