Jo Ellen Hun is the <br /> zoning administrator. Bruce Palmer is the present mayor. <br /> There are at least two situations involving properties which are partly in Orono and partly <br /> in Minnetonka Beach. One is the Richie Anderson house at 3205 Crystal Bay Road and the other <br /> is the Swanson property at 3128 Old County Road. See diagram attached. <br /> Jo Ellen Hun informs me that Orono thinks it would be a good to make arrangements <br /> between the two cities that Minnetonka Beach would take one of the houses, including the land in <br /> Orono, for tax and other municipal purposes, and Orono would take the other house for the same. <br /> Please verify that this is consistent with your thinking.
