Dedication to the City of a drainage easement providing for <br /> limitations on the use of retention areas and drainage ways <br /> described therein and shown on the plat as drainage <br /> easements. <br /> 6 . Dedication to the City of an open space easement over <br /> Outlots A and B, Cristofori Woods, in order to fulfill area <br /> credit for planned residential development within the RR-lA <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 7. Dedication of a utilities and access easement via Lot 1, Block <br /> 1 and Outlot B of Cristofori Woods granting to the City <br /> access to the adjacent Nature Conservancy property that is <br /> currently landlocked. <br /> 8 . Execution of a subdividers agreement providing for <br /> installation of certain improvements as a condition of <br /> subdivision approval. <br /> 9. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount <br /> of $200. 00. <br /> 10 . Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br /> plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br /> 11 . Payment to the City for the filing of the final subdivision <br /> application in the amount of $150 . 00 . <br /> NOW, THER$FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Cristofori Woods, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1 .
