The contractor must provide a ��'✓ <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. '�� <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire �2� <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. � <br /> Protect septic sites with snow fencing or metal stakes and caution tape. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and �,�'� <br /> hardcover calculations, if applicable must be submitted and approved. ,� <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
