Provision to the City of a pemut from Hennepul Cotulty for construction of the private road <br /> access to Brown Road South. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED thatbased on the findings ofResolutionNo. <br /> 5204,the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the Plaruzed Residential Development <br /> plat of CREEKSIDE IN ORONO,Heru�epin County,Miiulesota subj ect to the following declaz ations and <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Shoreland Status.In addition to the various development limitations established hereul,Lots <br /> 1 through 7 are within or partially within the designated Shoreland Overlay District and <br /> subject to the City of Orono Sl�oreland regulations pertinent to tributaries. <br /> 2.
