. . l t0 C,reeK- R� �'a� <br /> o �- 4 <br /> � � <br /> o �, o <br /> �'����� CITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � :��� � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. a� 'f> �;, r; <br /> G <br /> �`9kESH�4� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CREEKSIDE IN ORONO <br /> - FILE #04-3016 <br /> �'HEREAS,tl�e City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under <br /> the laws of the State of Miiulesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development re�ilations for the orderly,economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Cit��Council has considered the application by Creekside u�Orono LLC <br /> (hereinafter the"Developer")for subdivision ofproperty located at 120 Brown Road South and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Tract H,Registered Land Surveti�No.352,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,on July 12,2004 the City Council adopted Resolution No.5204 granting <br /> Prelirriinary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a seven-lot Planned Residential Development <br /> (PRD) plat for single family residential purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the plattin�regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 2. Submittal of a`record preliminaryplat drawing' incorporating all elements described in <br /> Conditions 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements and Draina�e <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 5204. <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
