<br /> improvement plan date October 29, 2007 titled"Procedures and materials needed to establish
<br /> native grasses and wildflowers and manage invasive species in the upland buffer for the Olsen
<br /> Residence in Orono, MN" provided by the applicant and written by Prairie Restoration Inc. has not
<br /> been completed. The escrow cannot be returned until this work is completed. The landowner
<br /> should provide a schedule for having the approved buffer work completed.
