Turner Cc: Melanie Curtis Subject: 4680 Creekwood Trail -Approval of Submittals Hi Evelyn, I have reviewed the new survey dated 10/24/07 provided by Gronberg and restoration plan for the buffer prepared by Prairie Restoration for the above referenced project and they both are in compliance with the City's Wetland Ordinance. The only remaining item that needs to be completed is the restrictions and covenants over the wetland and buffer to be recorded with the chain of title. I would recommend sending the City's from to the applicant and telling the applicant to have Gronberg fill out the form. Once they complete the restrictions and covenants they will meet all of the conditions of the 10-15-07 memo. Let me know if you need anything else or have questions.
