The survey needs to show locations for silt fence. <br /> 2. The tiered wall shown in the NE corner of the house exceeds 4' and is not separated by more than 2x the height <br /> of the walls. They will need to have an licensed engineer sign plans and specifications. <br /> 3. The wall next to the driveway is shown to be at the 4' in height. This is the maximum height allowed by City <br /> code without being designed by an engineer.
