Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. �204. <br /> 2. Submittal of a`record preliminaryplat drawing' incoiporating all elements described in <br /> Conditions 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements and Draina�e <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 5204. <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
