O <br /> �`��� � CITY of ORONO <br /> ,� � :�> ���. �. <br /> '� :a� .; � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`4kESH04�G NO. � 'r� �-, <br /> A RESOLUTIOI�` <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CREEKSIDE IN ORONO <br /> - FILE #04-3016 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono is a muiucipal corporation organized and existing under <br /> the laws of the State of Mim�esota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")l�as <br /> adopted subdivision and la�ld developinent re�.ilations for the orderly,economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application by Creekside u�Orono LLC <br /> (hereinafter the"Developer")for subdivision ofproperty located at 120 Brown Road South and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Tract H,Registered Land Survey No.352,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,on July 12,2004 the City Council adopted Resolution No.5204 granting <br /> Prelirriinary Plat Approval for the proposf�d development of a seven-lot Pla��ned Residential Developmeut <br /> (PRD)plat for single family residential purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requireinents of Preliminaiy Plat Resolution No. �204. <br /> 2. Submittal of a`recordpreliminaryplat drawing'incorporatin�all elements described in <br /> Conditions 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of penmeter Drainage and Utility Easements and Draina�e <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 5204. <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
