Provision to the City of a pennit fi•om Hernlepu7 County for construction of the private road <br /> access to Brown Road South. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that based on the finduzgs ofResolution No. <br /> 5204,the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the Plaruled Residential Development <br /> plat of CREEKSIDE IN ORONO,Hennepin County,Miiulesota subj ect to the followin�declaz ations and <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Shoreland Status.In addition to the various development lunitations established herein,Lots <br /> 1 throu�h 7 are within or partially within the designated Shoreland Overlay District and <br /> subject to the City of Orono Shoreland regulations pertinent to tributaries. <br /> 2.
