. ,. � CXee K �; �c-� <br /> O �t � <br /> � � <br /> O ��a O <br /> - ��� CITY of ORONO <br /> � �� � <br /> . `e .�. � <br /> �'',� ��` G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �`�kEs8o4 <br /> NO. � �' �, °�»; <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CREEKSIDE IN ORONO <br /> - FILE #04-3016 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orol�o is a muiucipal corporation organized and existing under <br /> the laws of the State of Miiulesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")l�as <br /> adopted subdivision and land development re�.ilations for the orderly,economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Ciry Council has considered the application by Creekside u�Orono LLC <br /> (hereinafter the"Developer")for subdivision ofproperty located at 120 Brown Road South and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Tract H,Registered Land Surveti�No.352,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,on July 12,2004 the City Council adopted Resolution No.5204 granting <br /> Prelimuia�y Plat Approval for the proposed development of a seven-lot Pla�lned Residential Development <br /> (PRD)plat for single family residential purposes; and <br /> VVHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br /> requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 2. Submittal of a`record preliminaiy plat drawing' incorporating all eleinents described in <br /> Conditions 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 5204. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Draina�e and Utility Easements and Drainage <br /> Easements as required in Resolution No. 5204. <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br />
