The survey needs to show the existing storm sewer located on the SE property boundary and the edge of the <br /> stormwater pond. There is a note calling out "storm sewer on line", and I believe a dashed line indicates the <br /> storm sewer, but it is not completely clear. The existing utilities should be a different line style than the <br /> contours, easements, and setback lines. <br /> 2. The proposed retaining wall is shown at 4' in height. If when the wall is installed exceeds 4' or if a tiered wall is <br /> over 4' and not separated by 2x the height of the taller wall (as measured from the face of the upper wall to the <br /> back of the lower wall), the applicant will be required to submit plans and specifications for the wall signed by a <br /> registered professional engineer. <br /> Please contact me with any questions or concerns. <br /> Jesse Struve, PE <br /> Director of Public Works/City Engineer <br /> City of Orono <br /> � <br />
