Faucets - Kohler coralais Single Control Group. <br /> 2a Provide laundry tub in laundry room. <br /> C. HEATING <br /> 1. One of two types of forced air systems will be used. <br /> a. Polaris 94% efficient water/comfort heater with fancoil unit. <br /> b. Lennox Industries hybrid integrated water/comfort heater combination. <br /> D. VENTILATION <br /> 1. A Van-EE air-to-air heat exchanger will be used. Installation shall include <br /> exhaust points in the bath, closet, two basement locations, and kitchen. <br /> Tempered fresh air from ventilation system will be supplied to furnace for <br /> distribution. Control of the unit shall be with constant lowspeed operation and <br /> high speed override switch in the master bath. <br /> 2. Air filtration shall be pleated media in a side access housing. <br /> 3. A furnace mounted April Aire 440/450 humidifier shall be considered. <br /> 4. All ductwork except dryer exhaust shall be galvanized steel with sealed joints. <br /> Sealer to be RCD-6. <br /> 5. Each room shall have perimeter floor or ceiling supply grills and ducted low <br /> returns. <br />
