We continue to hold an escrow of <br /> $2,500 pertaining to the installation of an in-ground pool and sport court. In order to begin the <br /> process for the release of the escrow, submittal of an as-built survey is required so we may <br /> verify conformance with approved permit plans. Once our engineer determines the property <br /> conforms to the approved building permit plans, approved grading plan, etc. your escrow can be <br /> refunded. <br /> Please see the attached code section regarding our survey requirements.
