Submit for a building permit. <br /> 2. Protect existing landscaping as required for our work. <br /> 3. Provide certificate of insurance to owner. <br /> 4. Rough and final cleaning of site through-out project. <br /> 5. Dumpsters as required. <br /> 8. Trucking as required for pick-up and delivery of materiafs. <br /> 7. Temporary toilet. <br /> 8. Temporary enclosures as required on interior work. <br /> 9. Scaffold and equipment rentals as required. <br /> 10. Onsite supervision as required. <br /> 11. Project management as required. <br /> 12. Genera( and administrative as required. <br /> Demolition <br /> 1. Remove and dispose of stucco,wire lath, casing beads and grade D paper <br /> around front window and at area above deck per report <br /> 2. Remove and dispose of wood window and trim above front door. <br /> 3. Remove and dispose of rotted sheathing around window or above deck. I include <br /> 1 sheet at this time. <br /> 4. Remove and dispose of any wet fiberglass insufation, up to 32 sq.ft. <br /> 5. Remove and dispose of rotted framing members around removed <br /> windows/doors.We include up to 2 hours of demolition. <br /> 6. Protect wall sheathing with poly sheeting after stucco has been removed. <br /> Rough carpentry <br /> 1. Furnish and instail new sheathing around one removed window and above deck <br /> if found to be rotted up to 32 sq.ft. Additional sheathing replacement will be billed <br /> time and materiai plus a 10% mark-up on materials.
