Upon his furcher request,aa individual who is the subjecc of scored privace or public daa on individuals shal!be shown che dara wichout any eharge to him and;if he desires,shall be informed of the eoncent and meaning of[hat dara. Ahcr an individa�l has been shown che privace data and informed of ics meaning,the dara need not be disdosed to him for six man�hs eherea[cer uniess a dispute or acaon pucsuanc to chis secdon is pending or addidonal data on the individual has been eoliecred or erea�ed. Zhe r_sponsibie authoriry shall provide copies of the privare or publie data upon cequest by che individual subjecc of�he daca. The responsibie authoriry may require che reques:ing peaon to pay the aca►al cos�t of making,cecrifying,and comp�ing the copies. The responsible au�horiry shall eomply immediacely,if possible,wich any nquesc made pursuant to this subdivision,o�wichin five days of the dace of che request,excluding Sanicdays,Sundays and legal holidays,if immediace compliance is not possible. If he canno[comply with the requesc wichin tha[time,he shall so inform[he individual,and may have an addidonal five days wichin which to comply wich the request,ezcluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. The responsible auchoriry shall within 30 days ei�her: (a)correcc the dara found oo be inaccurate or incomplece and aaempt to nodfy put recipieau of inaccurace or incomplece daca, induding recipiencs namcd by che individual;or(b)noafy the individual thac he believes che dara to be correce. Data in d'upu�e shall be disclosed oniy if rhe individual's sra�emenc of disagre:menc is included wich[he d'uciosed data.
