The property contained 11,100 s.f. or 30.1� of existing hard- <br /> cover, new structural and non-structural improvements resulted in an <br /> increase of 1,895 s.f. or 5.1� within the 75-250' setback area. <br /> PiOW� THEItBFOREo �E IT R$SOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> �'IIi1DIAiGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1213. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore <br /> Residential Zoning District. The property consists of 75,100 s.f. or <br /> 1.72 acres exclusive of roadways and public easements. � <br /> 3. The Orono Council reviewed this application on November 9, 1987 <br /> and recommended approval of the proposed variances based upon the� <br /> fol lowing findings: <br /> A) The property can be classified as both a corner and lakeshore <br /> lot - surrounded by public accesses on the north and east and the <br /> Iake on the south. <br /> B) The house was placed on the property without consideration <br /> • for Town Road along the east lot Iine and could have. been <br /> positioned further west. <br /> C) The interior design of house would not permit placement of <br /> the garage on the west side of house.
