DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES EASEMENT <br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this 29th day of October , 19 874, by <br /> and between Paul W. Boyke and Virginia L. Boyke, husband and wife, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Grantor(s)", and the City of Orono, a <br /> municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". <br /> WITNESSETH, that Grantor(s), in consideration of the sum of <br /> One Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable consideration given <br /> by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s), do(es) <br /> hereby grant, bargain, quit claim and convey to grantee, its <br /> successors and assigns, a perpetual drainage for drainage purposes and <br /> for construction and maintenance of utilities, together with ingress, <br /> egress and access thereto, on, across and under the land in the County <br /> of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, as follows: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT C <br /> The Owner does covenant that the owner is in possession of <br /> the above described property and easement and has lawfull right and <br /> authority to convey and grant the easement herein granted. <br /> State Deed Tax Due Hereon: Exempt <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Owner has hereunto set owner's hands <br /> the day and year first above written. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> ss. <br /> COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) <br /> On this 29th day of October , 19 87 before me <br /> a Notary Public within and for said county, personally appeared <br /> Paul W. -Boyke and Virginia L.
