County driveway access permit must be obtained and submitted prior <br /> to issuance of building permit for Lots 49 and 50 . <br /> 2. Payment of $2 2 5 sewer trunk charge and $4 3 0 park f ee at the time <br /> a building permit is issued for Lots 49 and 50. <br /> 3. Maximum permitted hardcover is 6,675 s.f. on combined Lots 49 and <br /> 50. <br /> 4. Maximum permitted hardcover is 7,781 s.f. on combined Lots 51, 52 <br /> and east 1/2 of 53. <br /> 5. Combination of Lots 49 and 50, and combination of Lots 51, 52 and <br /> 53 must be completed prior to issuance of buiding permits for either <br /> • building site. , <br /> 6.
