Cit� o� ORONO <br /> • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 228� <br /> � <br /> RESOLIITION OF CONGRATULATIONS <br /> ' • ' • • <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization <br /> under the laws � of the State of Minnesota; and � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono enjoys recognizing the <br /> outstanding achievements of its Citizens and their organizations; <br /> a nd <br /> WHE�tEAS, the Minnesota Twins have proven themselves to <br /> be individulas with great ability, who have through their <br /> teamwork displayed themselves as a championship team; and <br /> W�EREAS, their outstanding performance against the St. <br /> Lou-i°s Cardinals demonstrated this excellence; and <br /> , - WH�R�AS, Tom Brunansky is an Orono resident; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tom Brunansky's superior play during the World <br /> Series was a; key to the team' s success . <br /> • NOW, THEREFOItE BE IT RESOLVEDo that the Honorable Mayor <br /> James R. Grabek, Councilmembers Bill Sime, J.
