The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> September 21, 1987, and recommended approval of the proposed variance <br /> based upon the following findings: <br /> A) The deck creates no view problems for adjacent neighbors. <br /> B) Hardcover within the 75-250' setback area will be reduced <br /> 1.3$. ` <br /> � <br /> C) The City has received no negative comments from affected <br /> neighbors. <br /> . <br /> 4.
